We offer a Door-to-Door Exchange Policy to ensure customer satisfaction:
- We accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or broken, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- To initiate an exchange, please provide clear photos as proof of damage. The perfume must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchange authorization is required before sending the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during delivery.
- Once the exchange is approved, a replacement product will be provided. Refunds are not available under this policy.
